Check-in Requirements

Goshen Lodge – Guest Registration & Access Policy

1. Mandatory Guest Registration

• All guests (including day visitors and overnight stays) must be registered with reception prior to accessing the property.
• Registration requires: Full name, ID/passport details, and contact number.
• Unregistered persons will be denied entry.

2. No Parties or Gatherings

• Strictly prohibited: No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings of any kind are permitted on the property.
• Violators will face immediate eviction without refund and may be subject to additional penalties.

3. No Remote Access Keys

• Strictly prohibited for guests, contractors, or any third parties.
• All access must be facilitated and logged by staff.

4. Overnight Guest Policy

• Only pre-approved guests may stay overnight.
• R250 penalty fee per unregistered overnight visitor.

5. Zero Tolerance Enforcement

• Violations may result in:
  • Immediate R250 penalty
  • Eviction without refund
  • Criminal trespass charges for repeat offenders

6. Contractor Compliance

• All contractors subject to same registration rules.
• Unauthorized access = permanent ban from property.

By entering Goshen Lodge premises, all individuals agree to these terms.

Terms and Conditions

• Guest Limit and Conduct:
  • Exceeding the maximum allowed number of guests or failing to adhere to established rules will result in the immediate termination of your stay. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any payments already made for your accommodation.
• Liability Disclaimer:
  • Entry to the premises is entirely at your own risk. The owner or representatives of the property are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to your person or belongings during your stay.
• Noise Regulations:
  • As this property is located in a residential area, we must comply with local laws. No loud noise is permitted after 10:00 PM.
• Damages and Missing Items:
  • Guests are responsible for the replacement value of any items that are damaged or lost during their stay (excluding geysers). Please inform us immediately if any damage or loss occurs.
• Condition of the Property:
  • We kindly request that you leave the premises in the same condition as you found them upon arrival.

Our Cancellation Policy 

• Cancel more than 30 days before arrival: Get a 50% refund.
• Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: Get a 25% refund.
• Cancel within 14 days of arrival: No refund.
• No-show or leaving early: No refund (100% charged).
