Online bookings are confirmed by email within 60 seconds. Group and contractor enquiries receive a written quote from the group desk.
Full payment is required to secure a reservation. We do not hold rooms on deposits or instalments. Please use the reference shown on your quotation so that payment is allocated without delay.
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Rooms are released and allocated to your reservation immediately, which is what allows us to hold our direct rate.

Your check-in and check-out times are stated on your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Late arrivals are accommodated. Please advise your estimated arrival time when booking so that reception can prepare for you.
