Check-in Requirements

  • Guests are required to complete a guest registration form for compliance purposes.
  • Guests must present a valid photo identification at check-in.

Terms and Conditions


Please be advised that if the maximum allowed number of guests is exceeded or if the established rules are not followed, immediate vacation of the property will be required, with no refund of any payments made for the agreed accommodation.
You enter the premises at your own risk. The owner or representatives of the aforementioned premises cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury to your property or person. This is a residential area, and we are required to adhere to local laws, which mandate that there be no loud noise after 10:00 PM.
You are responsible for the replacement value of any items that are damaged or go missing during your stay (excluding geysers). Please notify us immediately if such an incident occurs. We ask that you leave the premises in the same condition as when you arrived.


Cancellation Policy (Effective January 2024)

1 month before the stay date: 50% of the total amount is refundable.
2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the total amount is refundable.
If you arrive and choose not to stay in the property, 100% of your payment will be forfeited.
