2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately and delivery confirmed by way of booking reference.
3. Rates and Deposits
Rates are quoted in South African rand. Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in. We require a 50% deposit on booking, the balance one week before arrival – cancellation policy applies. During peak periods a higher deposit may be required. One-day reservations to be paid in full. Full payment is required before arrival. Bookings made in less than 3 days before arrival must be paid in full. Deposits can be paid electronically (banking details available on the invoice) or by credit card
Check-In/Out Times
Check-in from 14h00 to 23h00
Check-out: 10h00
A charge of R100 will be applicable per hour past 10 a.m. for a missed checkout. Late arrival due to travel arrangements must kindly be arranged. A WhatsApp with confirmation from us will suffice. Early check-in could be possible – just ask.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 7 days. Please be aware of our cancellation policy before accepting accommodation at our establishment. Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before the date of arrival, 25 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 2 days before the date of arrival, 100 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show or premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged – no refund is possible.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8 Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of services sold on this website, customer service and support, and dispute resolution.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Bridgeways Precinct, 1 Bridgeway, Century City, Cape Town, 7441
12. Variation
Goshenzon (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
